Krishnal Fulwala, is currently pursuing his M.V.A. from the Faculty of Fine Arts Baroda and is the winner of the Nasreen Mohamedi Scholarship for the year 2015-16. His work incorporates architectural structures, layering the canvas in relation to how a structure is constructed. It formulates a relationship between the elements inside a structure and the ones surrounding it. Having worked mainly with architectural elements, Krishnal draws his inspiration for his intricate work from the mural traditions of 18th and 19th century India.
